They are manufactured using high-performance polyurethane as the base material, compounded with nano-high conductivity medium compatible conductive materials. Free from any corrosive substances, does not shed carbon black, provides moisture resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, heat resistance, and excellent temperature tolerance; possesses superior mechanical properties; good chemical stability, and the product does not decompose. The foam pore size is uniform, and the surface is even. This product is mainly used in various electronic products, for powder feed rollers, charging rollers, electrical testing machines, testing applications, gaskets/spacers, insertion boards, etc.
